What happens at the competition?

 

Competitions are a great day out for all the family. It’s a friendly environment that allows you to meet students from all of our centres. There are four categories that you can participate in, you can choose all four or just one it’s up to you.  The more categories you enter the greater chance you have of winning a medal.  The sparring section will be organised by grade and age group. In the forms category you can demonstrate any form appropriate for your rank. The final category is board breaking you can break one, two or three boards and choose any hand or foot technique.  NOTE: All students will be awarded a medal of participation.  T-shirts are limited edition and can only be pre-ordered.  Full list of rules available at www.moodokwan.co.uk
